We traveled down to Kansas City for a few days to visit Greg's grandfather and aunt and Dacia's grandmother. Very convenient they live so close to each other!

Quick vacation to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - August 1-4, 2008

We were hoping to be able to to go and walk across the Sky Bridge, but the free tickets for all time slots had already been given out for the day. Crowd control is pretty important in that structure. So we enjoyed the playground nearby instead.
Deirdre and Tamryn on the carousel at the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. We had planned to just spend the morning in the waterpark, but the only tickets available included the amusement park as well. So we stayed the day.

July can be a hard month to find friends for a party, but three of the five that came brought at least one sibling, so we had a full
house.

Shane vs. our radiator. It's nice to be able to caravan with friends, especially when one of those is a Foreign Service Health Practitioner (our embassy 'doctor') cum mechanic. Our Landrover decided it liked the beach and wanted to stay an extra day. Leaking the radiator dry was pretty effective.
